Visa Information

If you want to enter Ireland, you may need a visa. Find out more about getting a visa to Ireland.

Whether you need a visa to enter Ireland depends on what country you’re from. The list of countries whose citizens do not require a visa to enter Ireland is defined in the Immigration Act 2004 (Visas) Order 2011 (SI 417 of 2012). If your county is not listed in one of these schedules, you must apply for a visa before you travel to Ireland.

IFCO2014 organisers will support the visa process for any delegate that needs an invitation letter after the registration fee is received in full. If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, please email us at conference@ifco.info after you have completed your registration and successfully paid their registration fees. Please do not wait until registration closing date of August 7th to request an invitation letter as some visa or embassy services are busy during peak summer tourism months in Ireland.
